Day 3 Judgement Day

Oh yes. Finally the last day. But then i could hardly breathe. Went to training early. The preceptors gave us a paper where we can sign in our name so we could finish early. its like first-come-first-served basis. Patty and I thought it is for the actual insertion so we decided to wait for Reyna. Then we realized the line was for also for the other procedures. we signed up on number 49 to 52 i guess. Even we are too nervous we even had the guts to laugh around. I would joke on calling Reyna's name and laugh when i see her horrified expression that she's next. :)) It would somehow ease our nerves and forget the dreadful feeling of being tense. Before lunch the three of us entered the room and was assigned to different preceptors. then it began. we were really giving our effin' best to pass. after one procedure and another we were feeling less nervous and a little more confident. Until the last leg. the actual IV Insertion. We were the last participant that was left. It was Reyna's first turn to insert on Patty (she got number 1 on draw-lots! :D) due to unexpected events, she was not successful on first attempt. Then on 2nd, she got it! :) My turn. It should have been Reyna. But the preceptors said that it would be a blind shot. and i could not palpate the vein so I tried on Patty. On the cephalic area also. i got at first attempt. Yey! Then Patty also had me on my right cephalic area on first attempt. it was indeed a success for us! We were all happy that we survived IVT. and another thing to survive. completion of cases. :) The experience was fun but what's more FUN is deeper level of friendship with this two girls! :) Love them! <3
Patty, Reyna and I after the success of IV insertion. Why so sad guys? :)
Of course, i wouldn't forget these! :)
